Experience casting ninja weapons out of tin
Through this experience, you will learn in depth about "casting." You will learn how to use the tools and create a one-of-a-kind ninja weapon of your own design using tin.

The flow of the experience (step by step)
1. Choose a ninja weapon or mask.
Please select the item you would like to create.
Shuriken: Included in the price
Kunai: +3,000 yen
Oni (demon) metal mask: +8,000 yen
Each one differs in the level of detail and difficulty of the finished product.
2. Create a mold using special casting sand.
Using professional-grade casting sand, we create a precise mold that determines the final shape.
3. Melt the tin and pour it into the mold.
While watching the solid tin melt, we pour it into the mold under the guidance of the staff.
4. Cool with water.
The metal is rapidly cooled with water, instantly solidifying its shape.
5. Shaping and polishing
We use files and polishing machines to smooth the surface and finish the details.
6. Rust prevention treatment and oil finish
We apply a special rust-preventive treatment and then finish it beautifully with protective oil.
Additional steps for the demon mask option
Gold leaf was added to create a more striking decoration.
We select and attach the cord, and finish the product for mounting or display.

The production time is an estimate. Please allow ample time for your participation.
Precautions
If there are many participants, the experience time may be extended by 10 to 30 minutes.
